I've always liked puzzles, details, and exploring new challenges. I spent 28+ years coaching, and two decades running consultancies in human performance, design and digital transformation, and organisational strategy and governance. These all turned out to be the same problem — taking messy human data and making it useful to whoever has to act on it.
In 2025 I co-founded mixOmics Pro with Professor Kim-Anh Lê Cao. I help biological scientists whose progress is bottlenecked by limited tools, complex workflows, and inaccessible expertise.
