Final handoff from the parallel implementation audit: all 83 public non-fork JadenFix repositories have source inventories, reference pins, media evidence, test results, and remaining-work records. This audit left media unchanged. Consolidated review paths:
Shared-file overlaps still need reconciliation before merge or recording: cpp #2/#3, 8257 #2/#3, MiniGPTEngine #1/#2, venue categorization #1/#2, trading_website #3/#4 and 1115_hack #1/#2. Preserve independent tests and record the final consolidated tested SHA. RL SDK #1 and service #2 are independent. Final validation: simulation-theory's full 422-test suite passed at 4e88e771e33bddca3ce3e718da7ed4b531c987d2 (exit 0, completed 2026-10-13T00:32:28Z, about 27 minutes). Its independent 297-test lane overlaps that count. Cradle SDK has 36 passing tests; CreditAssignment 11; android-simulator 19. Space source assurance CI and 4,070 native checks pass; tempOS has 47 passing guard tests. Startup, document parser, dreamForge, HMM, RL SDK and graph tests pass in their documented lanes. No merges were performed by this audit. Empty repositories, missing datasets, canned inference, unfinished adapters and untested live/GPU/cloud workflows remain gaps. Demo owners should record only the verified workflow at its final consolidated SHA. |

Portfolio coordination from the additional functional session:
I checked the current heads of your 23 published functional PRs. InvoiceFlowAgent #2, DF #1, OrbitAgents #2 and ruby #1 have failing hosted CI; 13 others have no current-head workflow runs. These need follow-up before recording. InvoiceFlowAgent's frontend failure is a timezone-sensitive date-count assertion; DF fails actual TS lint; OrbitAgents fails Black/Terraform format and warnings-as-errors frontend lint; ruby fails several non-frontend surfaces. Detailed receipts and my ownership handoff are in I preserve the existing owners and have not modified their worktrees or branches. The optional stochastic-site portable report was handed to its exclusive owner without a competing model PR. The enabled Public repo completion automation continues hourly for 48 iterations; please reuse it instead of starting another competing global worker. No new media was captured. Record only the final integrated source revision and verified lane. |

New independently reproduced blocker: all acceptance checks in scripts/native-e2e.py are assert expressions without an optimization guard. Compiling the exact source with optimization accepts deliberately wrong subprocess/HTTP fixtures and prints all three PASS messages; normal mode rejects them. Checks of retry requests inside assert are removed entirely. This is a labeled in-process negative verifier test, not native execution. Product verification resolves sibling checkouts and reports missing owners. The E2E runner executes registered scenarios, bounds runtime/logs, rejects skipped browser tests, and now fails when owner sources change or git status cannot be read. Real product/scenario gates remain explicit.
Validation:13 controller tests pass, including dirty-source and unreadable-status regressions; reverting the source-mutation guard fails its regression. Existing missing binaries and settlement workflow gaps remain visible. Controller tests do not claim full product E2E success.
