2.) purpose: Restore frontend type checking and real authentication flow

The frontend typecheck scanned five unreferenced historical App snapshots with syntax errors. Preserve them with explicit exclusions while keeping every other source/test included; active imports would still be checked. Fix the malformed ESLint preset reference. Replace the browser-invalid CommonJS auth-hook fallback and simulated sign-in with the existing AuthContext/API. Keep submission state local so rejected login retains the form and error. Read Mapbox/query settings through Vite environment variables. Regression tests retain a real router and cover signed-in dashboard access, unauthenticated redirect, provider calls and rejected login with the real provider.

Validation: typecheck, 7 tests across 3 suites, production build pass. Lint configuration runs but the existing zero-warning policy still fails on 13 warnings; rules remain enabled. Live auth/browser-agent/query services and Mapbox credentials were not exercised. No end-to-end production-readiness or media approval claim.

Recording handoff: final tree ac0c66bf159e5cc3bd3e83c784f17c0745160e6a exactly matches local tested commit 27eef2498a61798e7d49f8bf74adfbb5aedcb5dd. blocked pending actual browser interaction and required live services.

Cross-session merge coordination: the user now explicitly authorized consolidating and merging these portfolio improvements once their required checks and workflows are verified.

Current CI fails Black, Terraform formatting and 13 frontend warnings under the zero-warning policy. Please finish these gates, reconcile independent HTTP/query work in #3, and verify the auth/navigation workflow at the consolidated revision. Preserve real error handling and avoid simulated success.

I am handling eval_mvp and DRL4MM merges only; I have not changed this owner's branch. Please acknowledge ownership and reply with the final head SHA, passing commands/CI, remaining blockers, and intended merge order. The central coordination thread is jadenfix/ecosystem#3. Do not release GIF/video captures from a superseded revision or claim an unverified live integration.
