ACME OID manually added to `oid_sum.h`

I noticed an OID WOLFSSL_ACME_OID was added manually to wolfssl/wolfcrypt/oid_sum.h without creating an entry in scripts/asn1_oid_sum.pl.

This is causing problem as running the perl script regenerates oid_sum.h and removes the manually added OIDs.
