docs: the static badges come from the org's rendered files, not shields.io - #136

…ds.io The badge row hot-linked its static badges (built-on status live-demo) from shields.io, and when shields answered 520 they were the one broken row on the page while the snapshotted status badges loaded. wickra-lib/.github now renders them (scripts/static-badge.mjs, one file per badge under profile/badges/wickra-backtest/), so the README reads every badge from the same place.

Same text, colours and logos as before.
