Is not about priority, is about using namespace from parameters in kyverno clusterpolicy instead of hardcoded 'overlock' value.

--namespacebeing ignored in favor ofOVERLOCK_ENGINE_NAMESPACEby checking the flag first, ensuring provider loads correctly target the specified engine namespace regardless of flag position.Reference
