Keep highlighted blocks on the grouping page from becoming query cells - #4935

The grouping page turns each <pre> with a "|" into an executable grouping cell, unless it is marked no-transform. A highlighted block has its own <pre> inside the marked one, so the schema example with "indexing: ... |" was shown as a broken query cell. Skip <pre> elements inside a no-transform element or a highlighted block. Highlight the query and continuation examples that are not executable.
