Why
The automated Codex review ran on every push to every PR across the org (785 runs in August alone), and the OpenAI API key behind it was removed over cost — so this check now just fails red on every push. This repo is not on the list that keeps a Codex review, so the workflow comes out entirely.
The four actively-reviewed repos (data-gateway, personal-server-ts, unity-surfaces, vana-sdk) keep the review as an on-demand, label-triggered check instead.
What changes
