Built on FastAPI and PydanticAI, with an orchestration layer that routes each question to the right skill and exposes only the tools that skill needs. Every answer is grounded in live CRM, meeting, content, and engagement data through typed tools rather than model recall. Production hardening covered opportunity-scoped memory, prompt-injection screening, human approval before any action leaves the system, and feature-flagged rollout with full tracing.

Built the user-facing side of Splunk's data platform: React and TypeScript front ends for Data Stream Processor and Edge Processor, the tools teams use to shape, route, and filter machine data in flight before it ever lands. Also shipped UI across Splunk Enterprise. The work was heavy on real-time data at scale — streaming pipeline configuration, live previews over large event volumes, and interfaces that stayed responsive while the data underneath kept moving.

Worked on Turn Campaign Suite, the campaign management application behind Turn's programmatic advertising platform — a combined DSP and DMP that ran real-time display, video, and mobile ad buying for global brands. Built and maintained the front end marketers used to plan campaigns, define audience segments, and read performance analytics across channels. Turn was acquired by Amobee in 2017.
