The setup and tester documentation did not clearly distinguish the combined Dash/FastAPI application from the retained Streamlit Windows installer and experimental Electron shell. This documentation-only change aligns English and Turkish guidance, adds a concrete tester walkthrough, and explains workspace persistence, network features, optional API authentication, and demo-license limitations.
Windows guidance now specifies Python 3.11+, identifies the Streamlit launch path, corrects DTA's preview classification, and records missing packaging inputs without claiming a verified installer build. The roadmap records PR-6 completion and PR-7 delivery; compatibility names remain intact.
Validation: source inspection; 30 tracked relative links/anchors checked; EN/TR command blocks and key identifiers match; feedback URL unchanged; git diff --check clean. No runtime tests or installer builds run locally because all changes are documentation. Existing untracked planning and website files are excluded.
