actual bound address when Config.listen_address uses port 0; obtain it from the
bound listener’s local_addr() and log that address instead of the configured

Retain the driver-exit check and use the balance entry as the completion

38-86: 🎯 Functional Correctness | 🔵 Trivial | 🏗️ Heavy liftAssert the stored coin against a deterministic UTxO.
wallet_balanceonly waits for a balance key and decodes the first value into unused_coin. The wallet handler storesutxo.coin(), so a regression that writes zero or another validu64can still pass. Add a deterministic UTxO case and assert that the stored value equals its coin.🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

This project had some dependencies stuck on old versions which made cargo audit Big Mad. Update them to appease it.
Also fixes the u5c tests, and the broken u5c functionality which the tests were meant to cover
