Add Inworld cloud provider metadata

Summary

Add the host metadata required to represent Inworld as a built-in OpenAI-compatible provider. The catalog now exposes the canonical Inworld endpoint with explicit HTTP Basic authentication and classifies its host as chat-completions-only.

API or behavior changes

Adds the additive AuthStyle::Basic public variant with wire value basic and adds the Inworld built-in provider preset. Existing auth styles and provider metadata remain unchanged.

Tests

Extended catalog, legacy migration, auth-style serialization, built-in host classification, and Responses API fallback coverage. No deliberately untested edge cases.
