stainless.yml has to be hand-updated by someone every time the API spec changes. This change replaces that manual step with a script. - Add a script to sync stainless.yml resource mappings from the spec - Remove the manual update script, now replaced by the sync script - Remove a stale resource mapping for endpoints that no longer exist - Update docs for the new flow Local pnpm install/pnpm build were broken while building this (stale vite patch, patch config pnpm no longer reads), so those got fixed along the way: - Update the vite patch to match the version we actually use - Clean up patch/dependency config so install doesn't warn
