Taken on main as ~7.0.2 rather than merged as ^7.0.2.

TypeScript is not a library in this repository, it is the judge: two gates rest on it — consumer-probe (a typed consumer compiles against the declarations we ship, tsc --strict, no casts) and types-integrity. A green gate under a new judge is not evidence that the judge still judges, so that was measured separately: with 7.0.2 installed, a planted const x: number = <string> in the probe is rejected (TS2322) and the no-cast rule still fires. All 66 gates green.

The range stays tilde, as it has been for every dependency here. A judge that follows minor releases on its own can change what it accepts between two runs of the same gate, and nothing in the tree would say so — the same reason this repository pins rather than floats everywhere else.
