Replace VuePress 1.x with VitePress: rewrite config, theme, CI workflow, and asset paths. Generate the compatible-devices listing as a VitePress page driven by a Vue component reading a JSON file emitted by generate_devices_tables.py, instead of a standalone HTML page using VuePress-internal CSS.
