- Introduced AssignDedicatedVirtualAccount interface to define the structure for assigning a dedicated virtual account. - Implemented assign method in DedicatedAccount class to handle the assignment of dedicated virtual accounts. - Added DedicatedAccountAssignedResponse interface for the response structure of the assignment operation.
