Delegate scalar MetricKit metrics and exit counters to Sentry’s experimental MetricKit integration, removing the overlapping custom helpers. Keep custom histograms and diagnostic metrics that the SDK does not emit, and migrate metric calls and breadcrumb data to nondeprecated APIs using the compact options formatting.

Reporting behavior

• Enable every diagnostic and metric report in both the app and share extension. This includes MetricKit crash diagnostics, which can duplicate events captured by Sentry’s crash handler.
• SDK-managed metrics retain their names and use the SDK’s timestamps, units, and attributes. Timestamps now reflect the midpoint of the MetricKit reporting interval.
• Remove deprecated SIGTERM, non-fully-blocking hang, and watchdog V2 settings. On Sentry 9.32, removing the watchdog V2 opt-in restores the SDK’s default watchdog implementation.

Verification
Passed make build SIMULATOR_OS=27.0, the final app build, make lint, and core tests. The default app test run passed its share-extension test plan. Existing non-deprecation build warnings remain.
