trade temporarily unavailable

Hello,

When I make the bid api call, often I get the following error message, "trade temporarily unavailable".

zaif_place_order_failed action: bid, btc_number: 0.0003, resp: {}, err: trade temporarily unavailable., callstack: Traceback (most recent call last):
exception: trade temporarily unavailable.

How can I avoid this message? I need to make sure that the API executes right away.
