Adds workkit to the Agent Orchestration table.

workkit is a Claude Code plugin that runs GitHub Issues as the work pipeline. The chat session acts as a manager that dispatches worker subagents to build and a verifier to review blind, and hooks block a commit until the full test suite has passed on exactly what is being committed.
