[Tracking] Stable 5.x

Goal: production-stable 5.x line of stroppy — complete feature set, current docs,
zero known bugs, all workloads green on all targets. Major 5 is frozen. Releases ship
as-they-are: patches for fixes, minors for extensions — this epic is NOT tied to any
release. It's a standing quality bar.

Definition of done

• Feature set complete
• Docs (stroppy.io) refreshed to latest — currently at 5.2.x
• Zero known bugs
• Full test suite green: every workload × every target
