Summary

  • include the existing Renovate/Python maintenance branch changes
  • simplify HTTP retry handling and shared Retry-After parsing
  • reduce logging metric globals and inline one-use config helper

Validation

  • uv run ruff check src/src_py_lib/utils/http.py src/src_py_lib/clients/slack.py src/src_py_lib/utils/config.py src/src_py_lib/utils/logging.py
  • uv run pyright
  • uv run python -m unittest discover -s tests
