I’m a Research Software Engineer in the Department of Applied Health Sciences at the University of Birmingham. My background is in agricultural sciences, especially potatoes and I was previously based in the School of Medical Sciences at the University of Leicester. I work in R, with a particular focus on developing reproducible shiny apps for conducting complex analyses.
