Consolidates Dependabot #59, #61, and #62 into one upgrade PR. Includes the SDK 7/provider 4 migration, Nx 23, Vite 8, Vitest 5 (superseding the separate 4.1.11 update), the remaining tooling updates, and pnpm/action-setup 6.0.10.

Aligns workspace SDK versions and migrates the live harness to the SDK 7 OpenTelemetry integration while retaining its event and span artifacts. Groups future npm and GitHub Actions version updates into one weekly PR, with npm security updates grouped separately.

TypeScript stays at 6.0.3: 7.0.2 reproducibly crashes tsup's declaration bundler and falls outside @swc-node/register's supported peer range. Dependabot excludes that incompatible major until the build tooling supports it. Removes the obsolete Vite 6 override and explicitly permits the existing native build scripts.

Validation: frozen-lockfile install; 65 tests, including an offline SDK 7/Exa tool loop with persisted telemetry; typecheck; ESM/CJS/declaration build; lint; release policy; skill validation; package audit; Dependabot schema validation. CI also checks the packed library against SDK 6, SDK 7 stable, and SDK 7 beta. No live Foundry calls were made. Exa 2.1.0 still declares an SDK 6 peer range; the new regression test exercises its actual tool implementation with SDK 7 using a mocked HTTP response.
