With this PR I also want an associated PR in sysand-signing, where we ensure that the GitHub release we create link out to the website where the changelog now lives.
Pairs with https://gitlab.com/sensmetry/internal2/tech/syside/sysand/sysand-signing/-/merge_requests/8 that makes the GitHub release created link to the changelog to avoid duplicating it around.
