• Upgrades preact to 11 and satori to 0.47.
• Keeps typescript on 6.x: astro check does not yet support TypeScript 7.
• Updates src/components/Search.tsx to import TargetedEvent from preact, since Preact 11 no longer exposes it under JSX.

• astro build passes and OG images still generate.
• astro check: 14 errors, the same as on master before this change.
