This repository stores my professional certifications, internship documents, and versioned resumes.
The goal is to maintain a clear record of my technical growth over time. Instead of repeatedly replacing one resume file, each monthly version is archived so changes in experience, projects, skills, achievements, and certifications can be tracked.
I am Sai Srujan Punati, a B.Tech Information Technology student at Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology.
My current areas of focus include:
- Software Engineering
- Full-Stack Development
- Mobile App Development
- Backend Development
- Cloud Computing
- DevOps and Infrastructure Automation
- Open Source
- Linux and System Engineering
I enjoy building complete software systems, from planning and architecture to development, deployment, automation, and maintenance.

Folders for targeted resume versions are created only when those versions are actually needed.
The resume is updated regularly, usually at the beginning or end of each month.
Each monthly folder contains a frozen snapshot of the resume at that point in time.
Example:
Resume/2026/July/
Resume/2026/August/
Resume/2026/September/
This makes it possible to compare versions and track progress across:
- Work experience
- Internship roles
- Open-source contributions
- Technical projects
- Skills
- Leadership roles
- Achievements
- Certifications
The most recent application-ready resume is stored in:
Resume/Latest/
This folder contains the version currently used for applications.
Typical contents:
Sai_Srujan_Punati_Resume.pdf
main.tex
The PDF is the compiled resume, while main.tex contains the editable LaTeX source.
The contents of Latest/ may be replaced whenever a newer resume becomes the primary application version. Older versions remain preserved in their respective year and month folders.
Different internship roles may require different resume versions.
Designed for roles such as:
- Software Engineering Intern
- Full-Stack Developer Intern
- Backend Developer Intern
- Frontend Developer Intern
- General Development Intern
This version focuses on overall software development experience, production systems, projects, technical skills, and achievements.
Folder:
General/
Designed for roles involving:
- Flutter
- Android Development
- Cross-Platform Development
- Mobile Application Engineering
- Firebase-Based Applications
This version gives greater priority to mobile application experience, Flutter architecture, Firebase, state management, backend integrations, and deployment.
Folder:
App-Development/
Designed for roles involving:
- Cloud Engineering
- DevOps
- Platform Engineering
- Infrastructure Automation
- CI/CD
- Site Reliability Engineering
This version gives greater priority to Docker, AWS, Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions, Linux, Prometheus, Grafana, and infrastructure projects.
Folder:
Cloud-DevOps/
More role-specific versions may be added later, including:
Backend/
Frontend/
Full-Stack/
Open-Source/
These folders are created only when a meaningfully tailored resume is needed.
The resume is written in LaTeX and compiled using Overleaf.
The template is based on a customized single-column software engineering resume format.
Each resume version normally contains:
main.tex
resume.pdf
Additional files may be included when required:
custom.sty
assets/
Source files are stored alongside the generated PDF so that every archived version remains reproducible and editable.

The following process is used for each monthly resume update:
- Review new experience, projects, achievements, skills, and certifications.
- Update the LaTeX source in Overleaf.
- Compile and verify the final PDF.
- Check links, dates, spelling, and formatting.
- Create the relevant year and month folder.
- Add the PDF and LaTeX source.
- Update the
Latest/folder with the current application-ready version. - Commit the update with a clear message.
Example commit message:
docs: add July 2026 resume versions
For a targeted resume:
docs: add July 2026 app development resume
- Monthly folders are treated as permanent snapshots.
- Old resumes are not overwritten.
Latest/always points to the current primary resume.- Targeted versions are created only when they differ meaningfully.
- Each archived resume includes both the PDF and its LaTeX source.
- File and folder names use a consistent naming convention.
- Resume claims should remain accurate, verifiable, and current.
Latest major update: July 2026
Current resume focus:
- General Software Engineering
- Full-Stack Development
- App Development
- Backend Development
- Cloud and DevOps as a supporting specialization

Resume content may be tailored depending on the role, but all claims, dates, links, and project details should remain consistent with actual work and publicly verifiable information.
