What does this PR do?
Updates the indirect dependency
sigs.k8s.io/jsonin the root Go module to the latest compatible revision. Thek8s.io/kube-openapiupdate is intentionally excluded because its latest revision requires Go 1.27, while this module targets Go 1.26.2.Does this PR introduce a user-facing change?
