Housekeeping ahead of the 0.3.0 release.

CI

  • Header synced to maturin v1.15.0. The generated template is otherwise identical to v1.14.1, so the SHA pins and trusted publishing are unchanged.
  • actions/download-artifact v8.0.1 → v8.0.2, actions/upload-artifact v7.0.1 → v7.0.2.
  • astral-sh/setup-uv v9.0.0 → v10.2.0. Its one breaking change turns off automatic caching on pull_request_target, workflow_run and release events. The publish step runs on tag pushes and caches nothing, so it is unaffected.
  • maturin-action, checkout, setup-python and attest were already current.

Rust

  • pyo3 0.29.2 → 0.29.3 (floor raised in Cargo.toml).
  • libc and unicode-ident updated via cargo update.

Python

  • iniconfig and pygments updated via uv lock --upgrade. No direct dependency moved.

A wheel built with maturin 1.15.0 passes the full test suite (254 tests).

- CI.yml header to maturin v1.15.0; the template is otherwise
  unchanged from v1.14.1, so the SHA pins and trusted publishing stay.
- download-artifact v8.0.1 -> v8.0.2, upload-artifact v7.0.1 -> v7.0.2,
  setup-uv v9.0.0 -> v10.2.0 (its one breaking change disables caching
  on pull_request_target, workflow_run and release events; the publish
  step runs on tag pushes and caches nothing).
- pyo3 0.29.2 -> 0.29.3, libc and unicode-ident via cargo update.
- iniconfig and pygments via uv lock --upgrade.
