The release job fails at
changeset versionbecause the App depends on the new private Design workspace, whose missing version makes Changesets skip it. Add initial internal workspace metadata and keep the Bun lockfile consistent; the product version remains unchanged until the Version PR.The release-contract check now rehearses the real Changesets version command on temporary manifest copies. This catches skipped-package graph failures that
changeset statusdoes not validate, while leaving checkout versions unchanged.Validation: the rehearsal reproduced the exact CI error before the metadata fix and passes afterward; formatting and product-version checks pass. All pending changesets still resolve to a minor release.
