Enable CONFIG_HID_CP2112 (Silicon Labs CP2112 HID USB to I2C/GPIO bridge) as a module in all Pi defconfigs.
Requested by a RevPi user in research who needs to monitor PMBus-capable power supplies via the CP2112 USB to SMBus/PMBus bridge. The CP2112 is a commonly used USB to I2C/GPIO adapter, so this may be beneficial for other Raspberry Pi users as well.
