This depends on qojulia/QuantumInterface.jl#55 and implements changes to be compatible with the removal of type parameters from the abstract types there.
This also completely reworks the Pauli transfer matrix and Chi matrix implementations to be compatible with the new interface and take advantage of the ability to convert to the Choi state.
