#4760. If PYMUPDF_SETUP_FAKE_NOGIL='1' we call swig with -nogil which makes our extension modules (mupdf and extra) claim to be thread-safe.

I think there are some syntax issues around back-slashed strings for regex having to "r" prefix.
…scripts/test.py. Instead of importing, we grep the .py code directly. This avoids problems with required packages not being installed.
Also retrospectively add note about new free-thread wheel in 1.27.2.
We now use pipcl package on pypi for buildin, but it's non-trivial to also make our test scripts use the pipcl package.
