Mention Ebean's query beans and their limitations with Play Ebean - #919

Play Ebean doesn't set up the generation of Ebean's query beans, or the enhancement of the code that uses them. Setting that up manually works, but has limitations with incremental compilation. Point to the investigation in playframework#61, which describes the configuration it needs, the tested versions and when a clean build is needed.

Ebean provides query beans for type-safe queries, which #61 asks for. Play Ebean doesn't set up their generation, and only enhances the code that uses them if it's in the packages of the models. They can be set up manually, but that has limitations with incremental compilation. The investigation in #61 describes the configuration, the tested versions and when a clean build is needed.
This adds a short note to the Ebean docs that points there, instead of documenting the manual setup as a recommended recipe. #61 stays open for integrating query beans into sbt-play-ebean.
