app-store: add Redis app card

Adds a Redis card to the app-store page (src/pages/app-store.astro), placed after PostgreSQL, mirroring the existing card structure, with the matching plain-text twin entry (src/pages/plain/app-store.astro, coverage re-stamped) and the Redis logo mark (public/brand/apps/redis.png).
