Minor release.

• A Contacts trait lets a product open the host's contact picker and receive one opaque 32-byte handle per contact, which the core resolves to an account when a transaction payload declares it. ProductAccountTxPayload carries a required contacts list on the wire (feat(truapi): pick a contact, contact them by an opaque handle #17). The iOS and Android hosts draw the picker (feat(ios): draw the contact picker #907, feat(android): draw the contact picker #939).
• Signing accepts another product's account when that product's manifest grants the caller context; such a signature is always confirmed by the user (fix(runtime): sign with a product account its owner granted context #873).
• The shared core prompts blessed products only for device permissions and legacy-account signing (fix: prompt blessed products only for device access #999).
• A visible page retries a failed host reconnect after 250 ms, 1 s and 4 s (fix(ios): recover products after the app returns from the background #974).
• The web core is 719.5 KiB brotli, down from 775.4 KiB, with wasm-opt's one-caller inlining disabled (build(wasm): disable wasm-opt one-caller inlining #993).
• Native builds always include the localhost WebSocket bridge and the debug sink (refactor(truapi): build the native bridge and debug sink without feature flags #1024).
• The CLI previewnet preset and the provider's previewnet catalog follow previewnet's latest reset (fix(host-cli): follow previewnet through its latest reset #995).
• @parity/truapi-provider 0.3.0 holds light-client requests until the chain syncs and exposes provider.lifecycle(genesisHash) (feat(truapi-provider): hold light-client requests until the chain syncs, expose its lifecycle #1030).
• scripts/snapshot-version.sh documents truapi with --no-default-features, as codegen.sh does, so the explorer snapshot reads the protocol surface alone.
• The iOS app's contacts bridge returns the canonical HostContactPick from pickContact, which the ContactsHostBridge protocol names.

@parity/truapi 0.22.0 also publishes the prebuilt truapi-host binaries.
