Summary

  • add catalog-driven OpenRouter media lanes/profiles, direct DeepSeek/OpenAI-Codex profile coverage, and cache/bundled profile merging so route budgets do not fall back to unknown tiny windows
  • teach the OpenRouter adapter to send output modalities from typed catalog features and map returned image artifacts into existing [IMAGE:...] delivery markers
  • add Phase 4.10 targeted/live validation scripts and update the 4.10 plan/test matrix with OpenRouter media and heavy-test expectations

Validation

  • cargo test -q -p synapse_domain model_catalog --lib
  • cargo test -q -p synapse_providers openrouter --lib
  • bash dev/gateway-chat-harness/scripts/phase4_10_targeted_tests.sh
  • cargo build --release --features channel-matrix
  • live OpenRouter media smoke: /tmp/synapseclaw-phase410-openrouter-media-1776037704
  • base live pack: /tmp/synapseclaw-phase410-base-after-openrouter-media-1776037985
  • gpt-5.4 context profile smoke: /tmp/synapseclaw-gpt54-window-profile.json
  • heavy live semantic run: /tmp/synapseclaw-phase410-heavy-after-openrouter-media-1776039091

Note

This branch starts from the local Phase 4.10 stack that was already 29 commits ahead of origin/main, then adds commit 103eadce for the OpenRouter media validation work.
