Bump fullsend dispatch pin to v0.50.0 - #1017

Same version-skew bug fixed in packit/packit.dev#1183: the dispatch workflow was pinned well below v0.44.0, which is when FULLSEND_APP_SET became a required env var, while the CLI binary (unpinned) always resolves to latest. Bump the orchestration pin to v0.50.0 and explicitly pin fullsend_version to match, so the two can no longer drift apart. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
