Adds a "warning" mode alongside true/false so repos can flag unlinked commit authors without failing the PR, matching the pattern already used by check_pkg_release/check_patch_headers. Documents the new tri-state option in the README. Signed-off-by: Josef Schlehofer <pepe.schlehofer@gmail.com>
