Backport of #1178

Original Change

Fix Perses tooltips background color so they match the PatternFly theme in both light and dark modes.

Backport Target

  • Branch: release-coo-ocp-4.19
  • COO Fast

Adaptations Made

  • No adaptations needed — PF v6 tokens used directly
  • Pre-existing lint errors in dashboard-api.ts and dashboard-list.tsx fixed

Testing

  • npm run lint passes
  • npm run lint:tsc passes
  • npm run test:unit passes

Pipeline controller notification
This repo is configured to use the pipeline controller. Second-stage tests will be triggered either automatically or after lgtm label is added, depending on the repository configuration. The pipeline controller will automatically detect which contexts are required and will utilize /test Prow commands to trigger the second stage.

For optional jobs, comment /test ? to see a list of all defined jobs. To trigger manually all jobs from second stage use /pipeline required command.

This repository is configured in: LGTM mode

[BUGFIX] Fix Perses tooltips background color
44ce43c 
Backport of d7fc15b from main. Adds proper tooltip styling to the
Perses eCharts theme so tooltip backgrounds match the PatternFly theme
in both light and dark modes.
