[InfoBar] Don't show interim characters (`x`, `-`) during channel tune/lock

While tuning/locking a channel, the resolution x and time - characters are shown. These look out of place without the digits either side so should be hidden until available.

If you enable "Show Screen-Resolution" and then enable "Show extended Screen-Resolution" the "x" should be gone.
I test a skin change that can hide the "-" too!
