Syncs gehrig-netlify/app-pack-hr-survey main plus #9 (app-packs #24 and #26): account menu for admin links, About this app with packDescription and templatePageUrl, the Finish setting up checklist rows, a login form that follows Identity settings with a sign-in-off banner, a fixed member role instead of DEFAULT_ROLE, and specific sign-up errors with a password length hint. manifest.json lists the new files. Brings the three examples that #21 doesn't cover up to date with their app-pack repos. #21 handles app-starter, dashboard and learning-portal.
