Adds a tool page for DocToMD (https://doctomd.com), a web-based converter that turns Word, PDF, and other document formats into Markdown, in the "documents" category alongside Google Docs to Markdown.
I left out the syntax support table because I haven't run the markdown-test file through it element by element; happy to add one if you'd like. Disclosure: I'm affiliated with DocToMD. It has a free tier (3 conversions/day, no account) and paid passes.
