More precise copyrights?

My current packaging for Debian declares the following copyright:

Copyright: Pierre-Yves Strub

           2012-2015 IMDEA Software Institute
License: CeCILL-B

It lacks dates for P.-Y. Strub, and README.md mentions two other contributors who might perhaps appear there too.

Could you fill in the missing information?

I'm currently the maintainer of the multinomials package, and I wish to (at least partially) address this issue. However, because I have been involved only since 2021, it's unclear to me who should get the credit, and I cannot decide who are the authors, contributors, or should get the credit in another form. The situation is probably even worse since the multinomials package consists of two libraries (two representations) of multivariate polynomials and they should probably be attributed to slightly different groups of people.

Incidentally, I wish to auto-generate README and the opam file using the Rocq-community templates, but we should probably wait for better support for the coq→rocq renaming related stuff.
