Auto-outreach run 2026-08-07 13:17 UTC. No new external PRs/emails: the awesome-list / git-PR surface is saturated — every fitting, free, actively- merged list (>=700 stars) already has a bucabay PR. All five were found unlogged via the fleet dedupe check and back-filled into the submission log and Tier 1 table. Notably bytefer/awesome-shadcn-ui PR #29 is MERGED — our first confirmed live listing. No emails sent (nudging maintainers to merge open PRs reads as spammy).
