refactor(daemon): collapse the action-registry bridge

[C] TERMINAL — after all family Deletes merge and the space/node registries are empty, delete the whole legacy surface: session-action-registry.ts, action-operations.ts, mergeActionOperations, operation-action.ts, attachSpaceActionsMcpServer/installWorkerOperations seams, _operations params, registry-space.ts/registry-node.ts if empty. Also sweep packages/prompts worker-contract hot-fill lists that still name snake-case actions. Merge contract: removal only.
