PR Review: liquidity: minor fix

This is a clean, minimal grammar fix in Go doc comments. The changes are correct and improve clarity.

Changes reviewed (liquidity/balances.go)

Fix 1 — channels field comment:

  • Before: "is the channel that has these balances represent"
  • After: "are the channels that these balances represent"
  • Correct: subject-verb agreement (channelsare) and clearer phrasing.

Fix 2 — pubkey field comment:

  • Before: "this balances"
  • After: "these balances"
  • Correct: balances is plural, so these is the right determiner.

Assessment

  • No logic changes — purely documentation.
  • Both corrections are grammatically accurate.
  • No test changes needed for comment-only fixes.
  • No security, performance, or correctness concerns.

LGTM. Good to merge as-is.
