feat(inspect): redesign the Inspect & Ask panel (extension 0.5.59) - #637

The Inspect & Ask panel was hard to read: the target chooser stacked on top of a second "→ target" line, options wrapped into 4 lines of host/kind/path/evidence, element cards overflowed the panel, and buttons used jargon ("Hand over").
