##Summary
A major bug in the checkout feature has been fixed so that branches are rebuilt correctly from a checkout. The Python API demo notebook has had some additional features demonstrated such as cloning and filtering. All commands are now demonstrated in the demo notebook.
##Testing
All tests have passed for updated checkout functionality and both demo notebooks function as expected.
##Follow-on
Branching needs to be updated such that branches made in a remote system are reflected after download from Github. Error messages should be improved for clearer debugging, particularly with the hallmark clone functionality. Hallmark worktree needs to be revised and implemented again.
