Endpoint for cache stats (storage consumption etc) #1915

For the dep and oci proxy it would be nice to have an admin endpoint to see current consumption and cache stats.

Hey @seb-kw @timbastin I have added one endpoints to expose cache stats , I have explained what kind of stats we are exposing , please let me know , if we want to expose some others stats as well , happy to work on it , Thanks !
