Move 5 error-driven sections from the monolithic FAQ into individual troubleshooting pages with a consistent Error/Solution/Context structure.
Restructure remaining FAQ content using Mintlify AccordionGroup and CodeGroup components. Add FAQ to docs.json navigation. Boolean flags section kept as a heading to preserve client_reference anchor links.
